The first step in obtaining an estimate is to determine the general measurements are of the area in which you would like to cover.  We have included instructions for the most common applications.  Measuring instructions in more detail are available and could vary according to your particular situation and desired product.  Feel free to email us digital picture of your situation.

Carefully measure the width and length of the area you want to cover.  

If the area you are covering is an open space on a covered patio or deck, measure the width from <inside-to-inside or from> center-to-center of the supporting columns.

If the area you are covering is a window or a door, include trim in the  measurement.  For windows/doors without trim, add 3" to each side if possible to prevent a light gap.
