Warranty &
Disclaimer
This warranty is
valid only if the shading system has been used, adapted, or
installed in accordance with
our measurement, installation, and safe-operating instructions.
I. What is covered by our
limited warranty:
This warranty is
limited to replacement parts and exchanges only and does not warrant
the cost of removing,
packaging, re-installing, return-shipping, or any other costs of
material or labor. The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs.
1. The craftsmanship and
components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for defective component parts or
material failure due to a glitch in workmanship.
2. Materials have a 5-year
limited warranty
which covers the screen and canvas from
becoming unusable because of loss of color or strength from normal usage and exposure
conditions, including sunlight, mildew, structural defects, mold, rot and atmospheric
chemicals. Please ask
for warranty details on the clear
vinyl.
3. Motors come with a 3-year
warranty which covers defects.
Electronic sensors come
with a 1-year warranty covering defects. Beyond this warranty we can
send your electronics in to have them inspected for
repair.
II.
What is not covered under our limited
warranty:
1.
Incorrect measurements/installation/operation: The warranty applies only if
the systems have been
measured /installed/operated in accordance with our measurement,
installation, and operating instructions. Please call or e-mail BEFORE
installing or measuring, if you have any
questions.
2.
Warranty does not cover any other damage or material failure
resulting from system use, non-use or from system
installation.
3.
This limited Warranty does not cover any
other damage or material failure resulting from, but not limited to, normal
weathering, oxidation, accidental damage, fire or flood, windblown
objects, windstorm, sleet or chemical pollutants, mildew or
structural defects, acts of
god, negligent maintenance or misuse or abuse, or any other
causes or occurrences beyond our control.

problems:
